2024 Top Workplace Award
| Children’s Hope Alliance has once again been honored with the prestigious 2024 Top Workplaces award. This recognition is a testament to our collective efforts in cultivating an exceptional workplace culture. Your dedication, passion, and commitment have made CHA a truly outstanding place to work. How did CHA win this award? In June 2024, staff participated in the Workplace Survey—a research-backed employee engagement survey by Energage. With our scores compiled, we are excited to share our results which helped us receive this award. Here are just a few highlights from the survey results: 93% of employees feel their jobs are meaningful 89% of employees believe we operate by strong values 85% of employees feel they are appreciated here Within the Health and Social Services industry, CHA is in the top 20% when it comes to employees seeing professional growth opportunities. Managers noted a positive increase of 16% in Workplace Experience Scores since June 2023. Receiving the 2024 Top Workplaces award signifies our tremendous impact as a team.
