CHA Earns Top Workplace Honors for 2023

Congratulations, CHA! I am thrilled to announce that Children’s Hope Alliance has achieved a remarkable accomplishment — we have been honored with a prestigious 2023 Top Workplaces for Nonprofit 2023 award! This recognition is a testament to our collective efforts in cultivating an exceptional workplace culture. Thank you all so much for the work you have done and continue to do to make CHA a top workplace.
How did CHA win this award?
This past June, CHA staff filled out the Workplace Survey—a research-backed employee engagement survey by Energage. Energage is the company that manages the national Top Workplaces lists. Top Workplaces awards are based solely on quantitative employee feedback. CHA survey results were then compared to more than 23 million surveys at over 70,000 organizations—making the Energage benchmarks the most accurate benchmarks available. The Top Workplaces program has a 17-year history of surveying and celebrating people-first organizations nationally and across 60 regional markets.
CHA leaders have been working toward improving staff engagement and investing in staff culture. CHA achieved a 92.4% staff response rate on the Workplace Survey. This is the highest we have ever achieved for participation in an engagement survey. 183 out of 198 staff participated! Based entirely on YOUR feedback captured with the Workplace Survey, your Top Workplaces win is proof that Children’s Hope Alliance puts its people first.
Receiving the 2023 Top Workplaces for Nonprofit 2023 award is an incredible honor, and it signifies our tremendous impact as a team. Your insights and feedback have been instrumental in shaping our organization. Just a snapshot of a few results include:
